Circular Economy
BaselCircular is a public-private partnership between the Canton of Basel-Stadt and the Eckenstein-Geigy Foundation.
Over the coming years, the initiative will work with and for the economy in Basel to build up a connected innovation ecosystem with a national reach. An ecosystem in which SME’s and larger cooperation implement innovative projects in the field of circular economy, start-ups receive customized support services and universities and research institutes are involved as know-how and solution partners.
The Innovation Office and University of Basel is supporting the initiative as well as the development of the ecosystem work and invites students, entrepreneurs and researchers to engage with BaselCircular.
