Student Hub for Action, Projects and Engagement
SHAPE is a program to promote student projects related to sustainability at the University of Basel.
Students have the opportunity to develop their own projects as part of a workshop and/or apply for project funding. SHAPE is your opportunity as a student, to go from idea to project with the support of the Sustainability - and the Innovation Office of the University.

if you are enrolled as a student – Bachelor, Master or PhD level - at the University of Basel.

if you want to start an impactful project, regardless if you have a fixed idea already or not.

if you want to start your own project or join with other students to build a project team.

if you would like to make your university, campus or region more sustainable.

if you like to learn more, how you can set up and assess your projects more sustainably, not only from an environmental but also from a social and economic perspective.

if you could use up to 2000 CHF of funding to get your project started.
